Online payments for us are handled by the payment gateway Comgate. Service provider, Comgate a.s. is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Card payments:
Card payment is the most used payment method. The Comgate payment gateway supports Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, where the customer pays with a card stored in Apple/Google Wallet.
Comgate payment gateway also provides recurring payment, pre-authorization and card remember functions associated with card payment.

Bank transfers
A bank transfer is a transfer of money between two banks without using a payment card. On the Comgate payment gateway, approximately 20% of customers have been using this method for a long time, who prefer it for various reasons: they do not have a payment card with them, they do not want to enter their data, they have exceeded their daily limit or they simply find it more practical and faster to log in to internet or mobile banking and confirm the payment in it.
At the same time, logging into online banking or the application guarantees the security of this payment method - payment confirmation can only take place in them. When processing a transaction, security is guaranteed by the fact that the connection between banks is encrypted.
Bank transfers without the use of VISA or Mastercard payment cards are a common practice, in some countries they even dominate. In recent years, this method has been on the rise, for example in nearby Poland, Belgium or the Netherlands.
By offering the payment method of bank transfers in the store, you will satisfy the demand of a significant part of customers, but you will also save money. The costs of making a bank transfer are lower than, for example, payment by card, so the transaction fee is also lower.
