A high-quality refractometer/brix meter with automatic temperature compensation designed to measure sugar content in fruit concentrates, juices, syrups, jams, condensed milk, etc., within the range of 0-32% Brix. This device measures the refractive index of light to determine the composition of liquid mixtures or purity of substances. The Brix scale measures the sugar concentration, with 1% Brix equating to 1 g of sucrose in 100 g of solution. ATC ensures no calibration is needed between 0°C and 30°C.

How to Use:

• Place a drop of the liquid on the prism, close the cover, and view the scale through the eyepiece. Focus the eyepiece if necessary and read the sugar content percentage where light and shadow meet.
